Order Emails
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. These can be any of the following:
  • Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number, your shipping details, products ordered, method of payment and value. Keep this e-mail for your records.

  • Delivery Delay. This e-mail informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment. You will be given an estimated shipment date. Your credit card is charged only when the item is shipped.

  • Order Shipped. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected and your shipping location.

  • Card Processing Error. You may have entered your credit card number incorrectly. This email prompts you to check and re-enter the correct information.

  • Help Desk. Our Customer Service staff will contact you should there be difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order. Should you receive a notice like this, please respond by email or call our Customer Service Staff on NZ +64 3 3746306, so the problem can be sorted out.
    Order Status
    Check the status of your most recent orders by Logging into Your Account and select Order History. You can see the status of all your past orders. We are able to track only orders that have been sent by :

    Courier Post within New Zealand - please email orders@goingtothegame.co.nz or phone Customer Services NZ +64 3 3746306 or visit the Courierpost website

    International orders sent by Express Couriers - You will have been sent an email giving you the link to NZ Express Courier website by which you can track your order within the NZ Express Post database. Should you require any additional help please email our Customer Services at orders@goingtothegame.co.nz

    Note : A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 business hours.

    Order Delivery
    Delivery of your Items
    Delivery of your items can take anywhere from two to twenty working days from dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout.

    Approximate times of delivery are:
    New Zealand Orders: Courier 1 to 2 days
    NZ Post International Air: Australia - 3 to 6 working days.
    International - 10 to 16 working days.
    NZ Express Courier: Australia - 2 to 4 working days.
    International - 3 to 6 working days


    Delivery is shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays within New Zealand. Read more about delivery times and shipping options.

    Receiving your delivery
    When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow this step:
    • Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact our Customer Service staff by email or phone +64 3 374 6306, fax +64 3 374 6308. Please include your order number in all correspondence.

    Order Cancellations
    Sometimes, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
    • Item(s) not available.
    • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
    • We cannot ship to address provided.
    • A duplicate order was placed.
    • You have cancelled by request.
    If your order is cancelled, you will receive a Customer Service notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason.

    You will not be billed for any cancelled items. You may be offered alternative products by our Customer Service staff which you can decide to choose or leave.
