Our Guarantee 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Brands International Ltd.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange it for another item.
You may return the item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. After 90 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied.
Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange it for another item subject to our exceptions Please ship the merchandise and your original packing slip to:

Please note that we will not be liable for return shipping costs but we will meet the cost of shipping any replacements using NZ Post International Air.
Credit
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Returning an Item
The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:
- Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
- All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Ship the return package to:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Damaged & Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 10 days of delivery by email or phone +64 3 3749716
Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Brands International Ltd will make every reasonable effort to replace or credit the item in a timely manner.
We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

Personalised Products and Autographed Collectibles
All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned.
Software and Electronic Media Products
The products below are software and electronic media products:

- Computer Games
- Software
- VHS Tapes
If you wish to return a media product, you may return the product, unopened, within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other non-refundable charges.
